Kol Nidrei Appeal
Kol Nidrei Appeal
Dear Ahavas Achim Family,
We hope that you are all in good health and ready to have meaningful Yamim Noraim. We stand on the threshold of Yom Kippur, the holiest day of the year, a day enveloped by a sense of awe and humility. This is a time for reflection and repentance. Our Shul, Congregation Ahavas Achim, serves as our spiritual home where we come together to daven, learn Torah and to share Yamim Tovim and Smachot.
We are writing to urge you to participate in Congregation Ahavas Achim’s 5786 Kol Nidrei Appeal. We need your generous support to serve our growing community, extensive adult education and youth programming, and to cover important operations and maintenance costs of our Shul. Your generous contributions enable us to uphold the traditions that have bound the Congregation Ahavas Achim Family together for over 136 years. During the Yamim Noraim, we stand before Hashem with open hearts, seeking forgiveness and renewal. At this pivotal moment, we appeal to you to consider the importance of supporting our beloved Shul.
If you did not donate to last year's Kol Nidrei Appeal, please consider making a pledge to this year's campaign. If you donated last year, please consider increasing your donation for 5786. We ask that you give what you can, but nothing that would create a hardship for you.
For our Bonei and Shomrei Ahavas Achim generous contributors, we will continue to automatically assess your gift at the same level as last year, unless you indicate otherwise by Kol Nidrei.
May our prayers on this holy day be accepted. Wishing you and your loved ones a meaningful and spiritually uplifting Yom Kippur. Gmar Chatimah Tovah—May you be sealed for a good year in the Book of Life.
